Tech Tuesday: Replace the Seals on Your 2011 RockShox Boxxer World Cup Fork

pretty much, undo the footnuts remove lowers, the seals come out the same then you put 40ml oil in the spring side and 15ml in the other, not sure if this applys to teams but this is how i do my races.

Its nice, feels super smooth and is really stable, angles feel really nice. havnt been out on it proporly but went out for a little ride today and its really nice. cheers :D

yeah lowered the forks and theres a chance i might have to put them back on so just going to keep the steerer and put some lesser rise bars on and mpove the stem up.
